Al hacerlo, tengo la responsabilidad de trabajar en estrecha colaboraci\u00f3n con toda la comunidad de embarcaciones nacionales para establecer y mantener estrechas relaciones de trabajo con los subcontratistas de la flota de transbordo en la ciudad de Belice. Parte de las responsabilidades de mi trabajo son asegurar y mantener la seguridad y la navegabilidad de todas las embarcaciones y crear procedimientos operativos est\u00e1ndar para la tripulaci\u00f3n y los agentes.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n fui el primer gerente de operaciones mar\u00edtimas de Harvest Caye, una isla privada propiedad de Norwegian Cruise Line en el sur de Belice. En ese puesto, form\u00e9 parte del inicio de las operaciones de turismo de cruceros en esa isla. El Tratado del CSME suprime la discriminaci\u00f3n por raz\u00f3n de nacionalidad en todos los Estados miembros.
