Matter Cancelation and Refund Policy

Fulfillment Policy

Depending on the type of services you require, our office will provide you with a Letter of Engagement/Contract that will detail the services we provide for your specific matter and costs associated with those services. Clients are provided with an estimated timeframe for services to be completed during their initial consultation with our office.

Matter Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances change, and services may no longer be needed. If you no longer require our services, matter cancellations are to be made in writing to our office. Clients will be provided with a matter cancellation form to complete and return with payment details.

We will refund any unearned fees for services that we did not complete if work has already been initiated. All matters after our intake process are also subject to a matter cancellation fee of US$281.25. Clients are responsible for all transfer fees for returning funds. 

Refunds are completed within 24 hours of receiving a completed matter cancellation form with payment instructions for returning funds.
