We are hiring for an Accounts Clerk to support the firm’s Accounting Department. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of support tasks and work diligently under pressure.
S/he will report to Director of Operations Miguelli Alamilla.
Duties and Responsibilities
Summary of key functions:

- Provide Clerical Assistance to the Accounting Department
- Data Entry and Record Keeping
- Filing, organizing, and retrieving of accounting records (hard and soft copies)
- Writing payment receipts and keeping track of payments
- Providing accounting support to the other departments in the firm
- And other duties as per the discretion of the accounting department
Competencies
Ability to perform a variety of standard tasks related to front desk service, telephone communications service and administration

- Excellent Organizational Skills
- Attention to details (Detail Oriented)
- Fast Learner
- Flexible and can work as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus)
- Associates Degree (preferably a degree in Business or Accounting)

Commensurate with experience
