We are hiring for an Accounts Clerk to support the firm’s Accounting Department.  The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of support tasks and work diligently under pressure.

S/he will report to Director of Operations Miguelli Alamilla.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

Summary of key functions:

    • Provide Clerical Assistance to the Accounting Department
    • Data Entry and Record Keeping
    • Filing, organizing, and retrieving of accounting records (hard and soft copies)
    • Writing payment receipts and keeping track of payments
    • Providing accounting support to the other departments in the firm
    • And other duties as per the discretion of the accounting department

Competencies

Ability to perform a variety of standard tasks related to front desk service, telephone communications service and administration

    • Excellent Organizational Skills
    • Attention to details (Detail Oriented)
    • Fast Learner
    • Flexible and can work as part of a team
    • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus)
    • Associates Degree (preferably a degree in Business or Accounting)

Salary

Commensurate with experience
