Rishi Alain Mungal, Associate Attorney
Trademark / IP Specialist / Corporate, Shipping & Trusts
Rishi Alain Mungal is an Attorney-at-Law and Notary Public with over 20 years of experience in
the fields of Intellectual Property, Corporate law, Shipping, and Trusts.
His particular legal passion is Trademark law. Over the years he has handled a wide variety of
trademark filings on a daily basis and deals with all levels of office actions, including but not
limited to Madrid Protocol provisional refusals. He has conducted numerous successful
trademark oppositions and also handles anti-counterfeit enforcements. His list of clients include
internationally famous and well-known brandowners.
He is also highly experienced in the provision of all types of corporate legal opinions to Banks,
Financial Institutions, and Multinational Corporations based in North America, Latin America,
Europe, and East Asia.
He is a member of the Belize Bar Association, past Vice President (Services) of the Belize
Chamber of Commerce & Industry and a past Executive Committee Member of the Belize
International Financial Services Association. He is also the founding Chairman of the Belize
Chapter of the United Kingdom headquartered Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
Originally a citizen of Trinidad & Tobago, W.I. and happily residing in Belize, C.A., he is admitted
to practice in Belize, the British Virgin Islands and Trinidad & Tobago. Rishi holds degrees in
Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts in English Literature & Political Science (both with Upper
Second Class Honours) from the University of the West Indies (Barbados and Trinidad
campuses respectively) and a postgraduate Legal Education Certificate from the Hugh Wooding
Law School (St. Augustine, Trinidad).
Above all, he is a proud father of a wonderful daughter.
Yaremi Patt
Legal Secretary
Yaremi joined the Wrobel & Co. LLP team in October 2025, as the new Legal Secretary for the firm’s Intellectual Property portfolio. She has over 5 years of experience as a legal secretary in the IP industry, with previous experience in the international corporate field.
She is thrilled to continue her career in our team for our clients’ best interests.
Yaremi graduated from Muffles College High School, a premier educational institute serving northern Belize founded in 1953. She then went to the University of Belize where she obtained her Associate Degree in Business Science. Mrs. Patt also earned her certificates in Legal Secretary I and Legal Secretary II from the University of West Indies in 2022.
Hailing from San Estevan in the Orange Walk District, she is known for her dedication, willingness to help others and strong organizational skills as a team player. Yaremi enjoys spending most of her time with her family, especially with her nephews and niece. Along with her legal skills, Mrs. Patt also aspires to be an event planner in the future.
Davinah Gonzalez
Legal Assistant
Davinah joined the firm in October 2025 as a Legal Assistant who works in the field of Intellectual Property, with a focus on trademark filings.
She began her career at Morgan and Morgan Trust Corporation Belize, where she started as a receptionist before advancing to the role of Legal Assistant, gaining valuable experience in the legal field. Davinah is now continuing her professional career at Wrobel & Co. LLP, where she strives to further develop her skills in trademarks and intellectual property.
She attended Saint Catherine Academy and later Saint John’s College Junior College, two premier and historic educational institutions in Belize each founded in the 1800s, where she earned her Associate’s Degree in Business Administration.
In her leisure time, Davinah enjoys binge-watching her favorite shows and spending quality time with her family. She also hopes to travel more and create meaningful experiences along the way.
Jeanna Sosa
Billing & Invoicing Specialist
Jeanna Sosa joined Wrobel & Co., LLP in October 2025. She has worked in the legal industry since 2020 specializing in billing and invoicing. Some of her responsibilities include account settlements along with handling various online fee platforms for multinational clients.
She previously worked in the banking industry for a few years, gaining experience in business development, after which she transitioned to work in the field of compliance (anti-money laundering and client due diligence).
Jeanna attended the Saint Catherine Academy for girls (est.1883) after which she then went on to Saint John’s Junior College (est. 1887) earning her Associates of Economics degree. Afterwards, she attended Galen University and in 2017 graduated with her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Economics – earning a dual degree from the University of Indianapolis.
Jeanna has spent many of her leisure time in humane work – she has a deep love and passion for animal welfare. She served as a Board Member and the Animal Welfare Committee Chairperson in the Belize City Animal Aid for the past five years. Moreover, being with her family and fur-babies brings her immense joy.
